My Philosophy
I believe in guiding others toward discovering their own inner strength, resilience and wisdom. I believe everyone has the ability to create a fulfilling and meaningful life, and I am here to help you achieve that.
My Experience
I am an inter-spiritual minister, I studied at a seminary in Westchester, NY learning all about the different religions and faiths and traditions of the world and how they are practiced and interconnect, and the inherent and beneficial energies that inspire their followers. I was also taught methods of spiritual counseling, how to create individualized rituals and ceremonies, meditations and guided visualizations. I have a strong passion for helping people move upward and forward in life, and healing past and childhood limitations and traumas. I also have a special place in my heart to advocate for people struggling with addiction, mental health and poverty.

I offer one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching, workshops and retreats. My areas of expertise include career coaching, stress management, relationship coaching, and personal development.
